• Cornell University : Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies.
• University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education: Master's degree in Education
• University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry: Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy

I have over 45 years of experience working with children and families, first as an educator and then as a family therapist.

I am  a former Visiting Instructor at Nazareth College in Rochester, New York where I taught Family Therapy and Group Therapy for 12 years within the Graduate Creative Arts Therapy Program.

I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, a past president of the Genesee Valley Association of Marriage and Family Therapist, and a past board member of the New York State Association of Marriage and Family Therapists

I am very fortunate to be happily married for 48 years, have three grown, married children and am a grandmother of five. I live in two cities so that I can be regularly in my grandchildren's lives who live in Bethesda.
